Email Manager
Hepsia's Email Manager is a one-stop e-mail management solution, which will give you total control over your e-mail box accounts and e-mail newsletters. With this user-friendly user interface, you can create a brand new mail account in an instant and administer its settings with ease. Also, you can redirect email messages from one email account to another, create mail filters, set up autoresponder messages and protect your mail accounts against junk e-mail messages.
Anti-Spam Protection
We have server-side anti-spam filtering software, so you can protect all your email mailbox accounts against junk e-mails. You can also change the level of anti-spam protection from 'Very Low' to 'Very High' to make certain that no unasked-for mail messages will find their way into your e-mailbox. Your email messages will be sifted out based on their spam score. You can also choose whether an electronic mail message flagged as spam should be erased or redirected to a specific mailbox.
Email Filters
Email filters are perfect for filtering your incoming emails according to certain rules specified by you. Setting up e-mail filters is extremely easy - all you have to do is fill in a simple form and your e-mail filter will be created and will take effect instantly. You can easily create a mail filter for any of your mailbox accounts and specify the mail filtering criteria according to your wish.
Email Forwarding
You can easily redirect your incoming e-mails from one email mailbox to another, or even to several other e-mailboxes. Simply select the mail account you want to forward emails from, then specify the destination e-mailbox and indicate if you wish to keep a copy on our mail servers.
Auto-Configuration Options
With the Email Manager interface, you can quickly set up the electronic mail client of your liking to access your email accounts. Simply navigate to the Auto-Config column next to the mailbox you wish to set up on your computer or handheld device and click on the mail client that you would like to use (Microsoft Outlook, Outlook Express, Mozilla Thunderbird or Apple Mail). Then a file will be generated for you. Drag the file to your email client and the new e-mail account will be set up in an instant.

With the Email Manager user interface, working with multiple mail accounts at the same time is child's play. The Email Manager will also enable you to quickly set up an auto-reply message - enter the message you want people to read and our system will take care of everything else. And if you wish to configure a catch-all e-mailbox - you can accomplish that with a simple mouse click on the Catch-all icon.
